At first, when you choose the shutter to be your window decoration in your sweet home, please choose the shape of the shutter.
There are several shapes of shutter, such as standrad(rectangle),triangle, circle, etc... .
Second, after decieding which shutter shape you perfer, please kindly choose what mounting type is acceptable.
There are 2 kinds of mounting type of shutter, one is inside mount; the other is outside mount.
Inside mount is as implied in the name which is installed the shutter in the window opening; for the outside mount is installed the shutter on the wall and cover the window opening.
We will offer a small brochure to teach you how to measure the dimension of your window by yourselves.

How to measure

HOW TOMEASURE THE WINDOW FRAME SIZE(OUTSIDE MOUNT WITH ARCHITRAVE)
Step 1:
When there is an architrave around the window opening
on the wall, we need to let the shutter avoid the architrave
so that the louvers can open fully and won't touch the
architrave on the back side. So we should choose the
right frame and louver type. ( Please find the details in
attachment 7)
  Drawing 1 : opening without sill measure width
Step 2:
Measure the outside of architrave width at 3 places - top,
middle & bottom; measure outside of architrave height at 3
places - left, middle & right. ( you can find how to measure in
drawing 1 & 2). Use the largest measurements in both width
and height and fill them in the blank of " architrave outside width"
and " architrave outside height"
  Drawing 2 : opening without sill measure height
Step 3:
Measure the width and the depth of the existing architrave
in all sides and choose the largest measurements for both
width and depth and fill in the blank of " The maximum width
of the architrave?& " The maximum depth of the architrave."

Step 4:
If a divider rail is required, measure from the bottom of the
architrave to the center of the intended divider rail height
and fill in the blank of" Bottom of the architrave to the center
of the midrail". ( you can find how ro measure in drawing 4)
  Drawing 4 : opening without sill midbar location
Step 5:
If the opening owns a sill, please measure from the top of the
sill to the top of the architrave as architrave height.
( you can find how to measure in drawing 3) and measure
from the top of the sill to the center of the intended divider
height as the midrail height and fill it in the blank of
" Top of the sill to the senter of the midrail".
